**Objetivo de la posición**

Gestionar y/o realizar las fases de diseño, ejecución y puesta en marcha de proyectos de inversión de capital en el centro de fabricación, dentro del ámbito de responsabilidad o especialización definido. Asegurar que los objetivos de la carta del proyecto de inversión, las especificaciones de diseño y los estándares de Nestlé se implementen y se cumplan.

**Un día en la vida de..**
- ** Antes de iniciar la fase de diseño del proyecto**: Apoyar al Gerente de Proyecto de Extremo a Extremo y al Gerente de Ingeniería del Proyecto en el desarrollo de la carta del proyecto de inversión y asegurarse de que se siga estrictamente durante todo el proyecto.
- ** Durante la fase de diseño del proyecto**: Ejecutar el diseño básico y detallado del proyecto basado en los Principios Corporativos de Negocio de Nestlé, los estándares de Nestlé, las regulaciones locales, las Especificaciones de Requisitos de Usuario definidas y las características de TPM de la operación de una unidad (seguridad, calidad, asequibilidad, mantenibilidad, operatividad y confiabilidad). Garantizar por diseño la seguridad de los trabajadores y operarios tanto durante la construcción como durante el funcionamiento continuo de la planta.
- ** Durante la fase de ejecución del proyecto**: Asegurar que la parte de ingeniería del proyecto se implemente (por ejemplo, edificios, montajes de equipos, tuberías, servicios públicos, etc.) de acuerdo con el tiempo, el costo y la calidad definidos, el URS y las características de una operación unitaria. Y que todos los elementos del proyecto (incluida la formación del personal técnico, según sea necesario) se realicen de tal manera que la seguridad esté siempre garantizada en todo el sitio del proyecto y que se asegure una puesta en marcha vertical. Seleccionar y calificar a los contratistas y coordinar sus actividades. Asegurar que se apliquen los estándares de Nestlé.
- ** Durante la fase de puesta en marcha del proyecto**: Apoyar al gerente de puesta en marcha y a su equipo para garantizar una transición fluida a las operaciones después de la calificación y verificación de la instalación.
- Contribuir y apoyar la preparación y distribución de la documentación del proyecto de ingeniería, incluida la parte de ingeniería del informe final del proyecto y proporcionar retroalimentación al Sistema de Prevención de Mantenimiento.
- ** Durante toda la vida del proyecto**: Promover el desarrollo de soluciones sostenibles y respetuosas con el medio ambiente. Movilizar recursos (internos y externos)

**Lo que te hará exitoso**
- Titulado (Indispensable) o Colegiado (Deseable) en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Mecánica, Mecánica Eléctrica, Mecatrónica, Civil, entre otras.
- Curso y/o diplomado en Gestión de proyectos (Indispensable).
- Más de 8 años de experiência ejecutando y liderando proyectos (Indispensable).
- Inglés Intermedio - Avanzado (Indispensable).
- Excel Avanzado (Indispensable).
- MS Project (Indispensable).
- Certificación PMP (Deseable).
- Manejo de proyectos de más de 3 millones de dólares (Deseable).
- Conocimiento básico en automatización
