This role is based full time in Pucallpa, Ucayali.*
* Free sheltering and lunches on site.*
* We are currently seeking for a motivated and goal-oriented HR Manager to join our team and be supporting our daily operations across Peru.

Key Responsibilities

- Devising talent acquisition mechanisms for attacting new hires to the business.
- Conducting interviews with prospects.
- Managing onboarding, training and dismissal activities.
- Designing and implementing performance matrix and appraisal systems
- Employment relationship management.
- Working closely with stakeholders ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
- Improving our employee retention schemes.
- Handle any PR and government/union relations. Essential Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- A quick learner and is target-oriented.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR role, with at least 3 as an HR manager.
- Possess good knowledge of the employment policies and legislations of Peru.
- Is an expert at handling recruitment, performance management, employee relations and union matters.
- Ideally with exposures to PR respponsibilities.
