MAGNUS is a company that for over 20 years, has been providing language services for diverse clients specifically within the healthcare industry.
We are currently looking for a medical interpreter team lead.
**Requirements**:
- Bilingual (Spanish - English)
- Experience as an interpreter (2 years minimum)
- Experience as an interpreting team leader (1 year minumum)
- Willing to work on site at our office in Surco
**Tasks**:
- Video Remote Interpreting, mainly medical interpretation.
- Work in compliance with HIPAA.
- Monitor other workers calls to make sure they are providing accurate interpretation.
- Give feedback to the team you are leading.
- Evaluate the team members to see if they improved according to the feedback that was given.
- Supervise that your team members are working at the appropiate time and following the interpreter's standards of practice.
