We’re looking to recruit a bilingual English-Spanish Director of Marketing, Admissions & Communication to join Colegio Peruano Británico, our school in Peru, a Nord Anglia Education school. Main responsibilities: Lead, coach and guide the Admissions team to deliver annual enrollment targets Lead the team in maintaining accurate data and forecasting Develop marketing and communication strategies and activities Oversee the development and execution of the school event calendar Devise and lead an outreach programme to energize the external network of the school Provide appropriate leadership, coaching and best practice sharing Plan and oversee a personal development system Promote and adhere to the Company Vision and Values

**Requisitos**:
Bachelor’s Degree 5 years of experience in a Sales / Marketing role with demonstrated success in growing / increasing sales in a competitive market (education sector experience a bonus) Bilingual English+Spanish Experience of high-level networking Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage a team High level of integrity and an ability to empathize
