**About the Role**:
**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Act as the main point of contact between clients and our team, ensuring smooth communication and meeting client needs effectively.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and issues, aiming to provide exceptional service and nurture long-term relationships.
- Coordinate project execution, manage timelines, and maintain quality standards in deliverables.
- Prepare insightful reports on campaign performance and key metrics for clients.
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to client branding and quality standards while fostering creativity.
- Collaborate with clients to develop customized marketing strategies.

**Position**:Project and Client Success Manager

**Remote Status**:Fully Remote

**Working Hours**:9 AM - 6 PM EST

**Holidays**:US Local Holidays + 4 Day Work Week

**Salary**:USD 1200 - USD 2500
