About the client:
Our client is a digital marketing agency specializing in helping dental clinics grow through comprehensive digital solutions. They transform websites into lead-generating assets while building brand awareness through SEO, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.

About the role:
We are seeking a motivated, self-driven Client Success Manager for our client. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing client relationships, developing effective digital marketing strategies, and coordinating campaigns across various channels.

This role calls for a friendly, approachable professional with a standout personality that clients find easy to connect with. Strong communication skills, a solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are essential. She should be a problem solver and able to navigate challenges proactively.

Experience In Digital Marketing Agencies Is Required.
What you'll be doing:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and ensuring the client's services align with their needs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication to meet client expectations.
  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide timely reports to clients on project progress and results.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by proactively managing expectations.

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an Account Manager or related field.
  • Fluent in English, oral and written.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and strong project management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and fix issues proactively.
  • Proficiency in CRMs, project management, and industry-standard tools and software.
  • Experience in digital marketing agencies is required.
