Estamos buscando un(a) B2B Delivery Engineer Cloud & Cybersecurity
Ubicación: El Salvador

Propósito Principal: Coordina, comunica y da seguimiento a proyectos complejos de implementación B2B, asegurando el cumplimiento de los alcances definidos en la etapa de diseño de la solución. Anticipa riesgos y los escala oportunamente, alineado con las expectativas del negocio. Además, gestiona la entrega formal del proyecto tras la aceptación del cliente, incluyendo la documentación correspondiente para las áreas operativas.

**Responsabilidades**:
- Ser el punto de contacto para la ejecución, proyección de entrega, coordinación con partes operativas y proveedores en los casos de proyectos complejos (dos o más productos estándar que requieran coordinación) o avanzados (proyectos fuera del portafolio standard)- Comunicación con los clientes sobre el plan de implementación en conjunto con las partes ejecutoras.- Comunicación a B2B sobre el avance de los proyectos, identificación de riesgos y definición de rutas de ejecución alternativas.- Presentación consolidada semanal sobre el panorama general de los proyectos.- Anticipar los impactos sobre los riesgos previos y los que se presenten durante la ejecución de los proyectos.- Participar de las pruebas pertinentes para realizar la entrega y su respectiva documentación.- Apoyar en la programación de entregas de servicios para los productos, realizara seguimiento transversal y será el orquestador Local / Regional en los proyectos; velara por el Cumplimiento de los KPI’s.

Requisitos:
- Graduado de Ingeniería o Licenciatura en Sistemas de Computación, Telecomunicaciones y/o afines.- ️ Experiência gestionando proyectos multidisciplinarios en áreas como sistemas tecnológicos o infraestructura de construcción.- Experiência en la gestión de relaciones con clientes corporativos, tanto a nível nacional como regional.- ️ Manejo de herramientas de software para la gestión de proyectos.- Manejo de metodologías ágiles.- Conocimiento deseable de infraestructura IT, servidores, cloud, ciberseguridad, SD-WAN.- ️ Conocimientos básicos o fundamentales de nube pública y privada (AWS, Azure y On Premise Data Center, almacenamiento, backup, etc.)
