**Innovative & Creative Social Media Manager** **Responsibilities** - **Content Creation**: Write compelling, creative social media copy and collaborate with production teams to create visually captivating assets. - **Content Management**: Schedule, manage, and monitor content across various platforms on a daily basis - **User Engagement**: Respond promptly and professionally to queries, messages, inquiries, and comments on social networks. - **Strategy Development**: Aid in developing and executing innovative organic social media strategies, including content calendars and engagement initiatives. - **Reporting & Analysis**: Prepare and present regular reports on key social metrics; analyze social media performance metrics to adapt strategies and identify areas for improvement. - **Lead Generation and Outreach**:Collect social media leads, deliver them to the appropriate team, and conduct proactive outreach to potential leads via social media platforms. - **Trend Monitoring & Competitor Analysis**: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. - **Account Management**: Maintain and manage creative out of the box social media accounts across multiple platforms, fostering high engagement. **Key Requirements** - Exceptional Creativity - Previous experience in social media management or related field required - Excellent writing and verbal skills in English are essential. Spanish is an asset. - In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms. - An "out of the box" type thinker who can find new ways to promote/expand our presence - Adept with social media management tools such as SproutSocial, Meta Business Suite **Rate of Pay: $5.00 - $7.00 USD per hour** **Technical Requirements** - A quiet workspace free of distractions. - A personal computer running Windows 10/11 or Mac OS X. - A strong, stable internet connection. - Preferably a dual-monitor setup for increased productivity. **Schedule**: Full-time, part-time, on call, weekend availability **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time Expected hours: 20 - 42.5 per week **Experience**: - Social Media Management: 2 years (required) **Language**: - English (required) - Spanish (required)
