The Marketing Associate Manager will directly report to the country Head of Marketing to ensure the correct execution of local marketing strategies and the different marketing campaigns and initiatives developed by their country. Along with the head of marketing, the Marketing Associate Manager will plan the overall structure of marketing campaigns and oversee workflows.

As a point of contact with clients and business partners, the Marketing Associate Manager will monitor and oversee campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring that team members consistently meet client expectations for deliverables and timelines.

**What will you be doing?**:

- Development of country calendar base on marketing strategy, business’ targets and expectations, and key partnerships commitments.
- Manage all operational aspects of seasonal campaigns including regional calendar, workflow, timelines, asset development and budget tracking.
- Analyze information and create reports with important insights that can help the Head of Marketing improve the overall marketing strategy.
- Work with the analyst team on best daily, weekly, monthly analytics for reporting and optimization to provide actionable insights to the Marketing team
- Coordinate implementation of branding material assets with external partners and stores and within internal teams and channels.
- Coordinate brands and partners co-marketing campaigns in our own channels collaborating with a broad group of cross-functional partners to develop and execute comprehensive plans and cross-channel communication strategies.
- Foster and develop relationships to ensure project timelines are met and conflict is resolved or escalated in a timely fashion.
- Ensure the team establishes and maintains appropriate processes, procedures, forms and job tracking to keep deliverables on time and on budget.
- Work collaboratively and proactively with internal team and external partners to assess project requirements and ensure efficient development and delivery of assets.
- Provide regular feedback to the marketing and creative teams to establish project priorities.
- Develop and execute seasonal marketing campaigns and brand strategies rooted in business and consumer insights.
- Write compelling creative briefs to guide and evaluate creative work, ensuring output is on strategy and on budget.
- Development of campaign KPIs and tracking performance to determine success or reevaluate strategy

**What are we looking for?**:

- 5+ years of integrated marketing experience
- Experience working and coordinating with multiple teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Unparalleled attention to detail
- Highly organized, methodical and process-driven, demonstrating a drive to improve internal processes whenever possible
- Proven analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills - ability to get around roadblocks
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving initiatives through to execution
- Intermediated English
