**Tu objetivo principal será**:
Inspirar innovación, desarrollar capacidades y comportamientos, y generar las condiciones para que todos los equipos de IFS sean y se sientan intrapreneurs y aporten a la innovación como catalizadora de crecimiento. Liderando proyectos enfocados en inspiración y desarrollo capacidades y cambio de comportamientos apoyado/a en tecnología.

**Funciones del cargo**:
**¿En este rol podrás?**
- Definirás, diseñarás y ejecutarás acciones para fomentar una cultura de constante innovación y evolución, en inspiración, mindset, herramientas y contexto.
- Utilizarás la tecnología y la IA como habilitador para automatizar y/u optimizar procesos, incluyéndolo en el diseño de sus proyectos y la entrega de cara a los usuarios.
- Desarrollarás herramientas y toolkits para poder compartir con distintos equipos de IFS para que puedan desarrollar productos digitales de una manera innovadora.
- Junto con los otros líderes de Labentana diseñarás y comunicarás el proceso de innovación para IFS, definiendo objetivos, KPIs, perfiles, herramientas por etapa de desarrollo de producto/ servicio digital.
- Promoverás un mindset de experimentación e intraemprendimiento apoyado en la tecnología y la IA para promover innovación y crecimiento a largo plazo.
- Propondrás, diseñarás y ejecutarás eventos de innovación abierta, hackatones y espacios para impulsar la cultura de transformación digital e innovación en IFS.
- Guiarás y asesorarás al equipo de IFS en metodologías de innovación y tecnología a través capacitaciones, talleres, workshops y asesorías.

**Requerimientos del cargo**:
**¿Qué necesitamos de ti?**
- Profesional de Administración o afines.
- 2 años de experiência de preferencia en manejo de eventos, programas, workshops y espacios para inspirar.
- Curiosidad para solucionar problemáticas usando la tecnología.
- Conocimientos de Wishlist (deseable)
- Herramientas de diseño y prototipado a nível básico: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
- Conocimientos de metodologías de innovación, agile, design thinking
