Sustainable Finance - M&A Managing Consultant

ERM is seeking a motivated Sustainable Finance - M&A Managing Consultant, who is interested in participating on a variety of Mergers and Acquisitions projects, to join our consulting firm in Lima, Peru.

Accountabilities
- Meeting personal billability at the budgeted rate, personal sales contribution targets and relevant BU target.
- Providing leadership to achieve health and safety excellence, including developing ERM and Subcontractor understanding of ERM’ s commitment to safe working and the importance of adherence to ERM’s and client ‘s safety management requirements.
- Identifying new commercial opportunities within the project.
- Leading the project team and building its reputation within ERM in terms of project management expertise and delivering exceptional performance.
- Providing the project team with clear visibility of the project objectives, and the benefits expected by the client and ERM.
- Designated projects which may be in a variety of countries.
- PM for low to moderate complexity, scale, and risk profile projects
- Zero Loss of Time Injuries (LTIs) and visible and demonstrable safety leadership as measured by engagement with ECS and the Active Leadership Audit program.
- Profitability of project through efficient completion of activities, identification of changes or possible changes to scope, time, budget.
- Completion of tasks within project budget and time requirements.
- Identification of efficiencies in carrying out deliverable related tasks.
- Client satisfaction through project communications & engagement, quality of outputs produced to deliver client service excellence.
- Future sales through identification of possible change orders and new opportunities.
- Project risk should be minimized by compliance with the project plan, PIC approval of deliverables and the ERM risk management process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Climate Science, Environmental Science related disciplines.
- C1 English proficiency level and higher.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in environmental consulting and knowledge of environmental due diligence projects.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and ideally have multiple sector experience, including O&G, manufacturing, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, infrastructure.
- Solid knowledge of ASTM Phase I standards, understanding of core business and legal concepts of business transactions, and continued interest in working on transactions.
- Climate change and LCET expertise preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; experience writing comprehensive technical reports.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced consulting environment, handling multiple project assignments, meeting strict deadlines, and traveling to client facilities as needed.
- Strong MS Office computer skills.
- Experience providing consulting to the financial sector in ESG analysis of companies from different sectors.
