Align with business stakeholders so that their requirements are addressed consistently Analyze complex requirements and make appropriate design choices for sophisticated components Design solutions to complex features involving other more junior team members Make judicious decisions that may impact larger organization Communicate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Carry out performance analysis of solutions against current requirements Analyze complex workloads and initiate solutions to complex problems Develop innovative ideas and solutions for projects Oversee the implementation of designs Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure successful service rollouts Identify issues and critically evaluate implications of ideas or solutions
