Our comprehensive portfolio, including the **CareLogic**, **Credible**, and **InSync** platforms, span and serve the entire behavioral health market in the US.

**We follow a hybrid model, so employees are expected to be in the office 2 days per week.**

**The Opportunity**:
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Works alongside peer leaders (Architecture, QA, Product Owners, DevOps and Infrastructure) to manage and motivate multiple cross-functional software development teams to deliver high-quality software on schedule.
- Analyze complex requirements and make appropriate design choices for sophisticated components.
- Design solutions to complex features involving other more junior team members.
- Make judicious decisions that may impact larger organization.
- Communicate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Carry out performance analysis of solutions against current requirements.
- Analyze complex workloads and initiate solutions to complex problems.
- Develop innovative ideas and solutions for projects.
- Oversee the implementation of design, coding, security and documentation standards.
- Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure successful product rollouts.
- Identify issues and critically evaluate implications of ideas or solutions.

**Skills we need**:

- Technical or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or another related degree.
- Advanced English.
- Over 2 years of exp. as a Software Architect.
- Solid understanding of n-tier Application Architecture in OnPrem and Cloud environments.
- Extensive experience working with Relational / NoSQL Databases like: SQL Server, Postgres, DynamoDB etc.
- Experience with Model Driven Development (MDD), Domain Driven Design (DDD) and similar design Patterns.
