**Funciones del cargo**:

- Data Management and Validation: Load, validate and update interchange and scheme fee data in our data marts, data warehouses, and data lakes, championing for high levels of availability and data quality.
- Report and Dashboard Coordination: Coordinate with clients and sales representatives on the format, structure, and content of client reports and dashboards to ensure their relevance and business value.
- Workflow Development and Administration: Develop and manage Airflow DAGs and connections to update the department’s repositories and generate and deliver reports to clients.
- Data Integrity and Quality Assurance: Verify that the interchange and scheme fee data provided by data engineers meets company standards for integrity and quality.
- Client Report Monitoring: Monitor the timely generation and delivery of client reports and dashboards.
- Analytics Department Support: Support the analytics department by clarifying analytical data repository queries and assisting with specific data extractions.

**Requerimientos del cargo**:

- University studies in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Engineering, Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related.
- English Level B2, C1 or C2.
- Up to 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related field, preferably in the banking / financial sector.
- Skilled in Python (with notebooks as well as scripts), SQL, and BI Software (e.g. Power BI) for the purpose of data wrangling and data analytics.
- Understanding of Airflow, batch-oriented workflow management, DAGs, and operators. Professional experience with Airflow is a significant advantage.
- Proficient with Python data wrangling and visualization frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, Seaborn / Matplotlib.
- While not required, professional experience with big data technologies (e.g. Spark) is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work on-site in our Lima office.
- While not required, a strong understanding of the card-payment industry challenges and their data requirements is a significant advantage.
