**About the Job**:
We are seeking a skilled and strategic **Senior Paid Ads Manager** to lead our paid advertising efforts. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across platforms like **Google, Bing, Nextdoor, Facebook, and Instagram.** You'll also mentor a small team, ensuring our strategies align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Develop and implement paid advertising strategies to achieve client goals.
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across various digital platforms.
- Lead and mentor a team of paid ad specialists.
- Analyze campaign data to drive continuous improvement.
- Efficiently allocate and manage advertising budgets for maximum ROI.
- Work closely with the Client Success team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends to refine campaign strategies.

**Who We're Looking For**:

- 8+ years of digital paid advertising experience within an agency setting.
- Strong managerial skills, including team and project management.
- Experience managing 15+ client accounts.
- Proficient in managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- **Healthcare Marketing Experience is a plus, but not required.**

**Position**: Senior Paid Ads Specialist

**Remote Status**: Fully Remote

**Working Hours**: 9 AM - 6 PM MT

**Salary**: USD 2000 - USD 2800
