About the role:
We are seeking a Paid Ads Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Google Ads (Search & YouTube), Meta Ads, and Local Services Ads. The role focuses on driving measurable results, including improving Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and lead generation for our clients. This is a hands-on role that requires exceptional attention to detail, accountability for campaign performance, and adaptability to each client's unique setup.
Experience in a digital marketing agency is required, preferably in the U.S.
Experience In The Healthcare Niche Is Preferred.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and execute paid ad strategies across Google Search, YouTube, Meta Ads, and LSAs.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS, conversions, and leads generation.
- Use data-driven insights to analyze performance, refine strategies, and achieve client goals.
- Conduct creative, audience, and budget A/B testing to enhance the campaign performance.
- Learn and implement the client's proprietary program and campaign setup to align with their systems.
- Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
Who are we looking for?
- 3-5 years of experience managing paid ad campaigns on Google.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other relevant tools
- Proven track record in optimizing campaigns for ROAS and lead generation.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills; comfortable with video calls for client communication.
- Willingness to learn new systems and approaches unique to the client's processes.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency is required, preferably in the U.S.
- Experience in the healthcare niche is preferred.
