**JOB SUMMARY**

A Californian tech-driven general contractor A+ Construction & Remodeling is seeking a **Project Manager** to oversee construction projects for our clients in California. The role of this position is to serve as a pivotal link, bridging the gap between the back office and project sites, with the ultimate goal of ensuring efficient project delivery in accordance with the plan.

We've been designing and building residential homes since 1997, with thousands of completed projects across California. In 2020 Inc5000 ranked us #507 in the country and #25 in CA of America's top businesses. And we are not stopping at that. Our company is rapidly growing and developing. With a strong team of 40+ employees, we complete over 100 large-scale projects every year.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Time Management and Planning:_
- Monitor task completion according to the project plan and adapt it to current project needs.
- Create a weekly work schedule for all projects and ensure the closure of each work position.
- Conduct daily schedule checks, notify clients, and address their questions.
- Manage the Construction Manager's schedule and inform clients of any changes.
- Subcontractor Management_:

- Transmit plans and estimates to subcontractors and address their questions.
- Receive reports in the form of photographs.
- Prepare necessary documents for subcontractor payments, including Expense Forms.
- Conduct meetings with subcontractors to address project-related issues.
- Budget Management:_
- Prepare additional forms for extra work payments.
- Communicate with the accounting department, provide essential information for client payments, and resolve contractor payment-related questions.
- Client Interaction:_
- Monitor all client chats daily and create satisfaction schedules.
- Provide daily responses to all client questions in chats.
- Engage in calls with clients to address project issues.

**Qualifications**
- Higher education - required; Certification/training in project management - desirable
- Experience in project management as a Project Manager in the B2C sector - desirable
- Strong Resource Management skills
- Budget Management expertise
- Effective Business Communication skills
- Proficiency in software tools including Google Sheets, CRM systems, and familiarity with project management and task tracking software is required
