Marketing Assistant

About the role:

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the ongoing operations. This role combines marketing, operations, and administrative support, ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. The ideal candidate is hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable working across paid ads, CRM Systems, SEO tools, and vendor coordination.

This role requires strong English and Spanish communication skills, exceptional judgment, and the ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision.

Experience working in the automotive industry is a plus.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinate and manage vendors, marketing agencies and third - party service providers.

• Create, schedule, and manage social media content (Meta, Instagram, Google).

• Manage and update websites (WordPress, Wix, Shopify) and maintain brand consistency.

• Support SEO implementation to improve organic visibility.

• Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables; maintain documentation and reports.

• Assist with documentation, email management, scheduling, and task coordination.

Who are we looking for?

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, operations, or similar execution focused role.

• Strong understanding of digital content best practices and website platforms.

• Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and social media graphics.

• Experience managing Google Business Listings, Yelp, and online directories.

• Advanced Word and Excel skills for tracking, documentation, and reporting.

• Strong English and Spanish communication skills are a must.

• Experience in the Automotive industry is a plus.

Working Hours:  10am - 7pm EST
