Our client is a US-based digital marketing consultancy that helps businesses enhance their online presence, branding, and lead generation. They work with clients across various industries, delivering tailored digital marketing solutions that drive engagement, conversions, and long-term growth.

About the role:

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to manage social media and website optimization for our client. The ideal candidate is a creative and analytical marketer with experience in social media strategy, website management, SEO, and content creation. They should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to execute content that drives engagement and improve online performance.

This role is best suited for someone who has excellent English communication skills for client interaction and a proven track record of commitment and reliability.

Experience working in digital marketing agencies is a plus

What you'll be doing:

  • Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Analyze social media metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement.
  • Manage and update websites on WordPress, Wix, and Shopify.
  • Ensure websites are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
  • Manage and optimize Google Business Listings, Yelp, and other online directories.
  • Ensure business information is accurate and up to date across all platforms.
  • Monitor trends, engage with audiences, and optimize strategies for growth and brand awareness.
  • Optimize websites for on-page SEO (meta tags, alt text, site structure, page speed).

Who are we looking for?

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management and website optimization.
  • Strong understanding of digital content best practices and website platforms (WordPress, Wix, Shopify, and others).
  • Proficiency in content creation, including copywriting, social media graphics, and basic design.
  • Experience managing Google Business Listings, Yelp, and online directories.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency is a plus.

Position: Marketing Assistant

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Preferred Location: Latin America

Working Hours:  9 am - 5 pm CST

Holidays: US Federal Holidays 

Salary: USD USD 1300
