Customer Service Lead
para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de trabajo

¿Qué desafíos te esperan?:

  • Liderar el equipo de Customer Service estableciendo procedimientos, SLAs y métricas
  • Implementar procesos y herramientas para la mejora en la experiencia de los clientes
  • Fomentar la implementación de nuevos servicios a los clientes existentes
  • Servir como la voz del cliente en el desarrollo de procesos que mejoren la experiencia, reduzcan las fricciones y resuelvan sus problemas hacia dentro de la compañía
  • Desarrollar estudios de la experiencia de los clientes e implementar mejoras
  • Realizar revisiones mensuales, cuatrimestrales y anuales de los clientes en cada unidad de negocio

¿Qué esperamos de vos?:

  • Experiencia previa de al menos 5 años en Customer Support (Customer Service or Customer success)
  • Graduado en administración, ingeniería o carreras afines
  • Nivel de Inglés avanzado
  • Dominio del paquete de Office
  • Manejo de sistemas de BI (deseable)
  • Actitud proactiva, resolutiva y con excelentes habilidades comunicacionales
  • Orientado a perfiles con mucha energía y ganas de enfrentar nuevos desafíos
