Job Opportunity: Implementation Associate

Position Summary

We are seeking two detail-oriented and proactive Implementation Associates to join our growing implementation team. Each associate will work closely with our onshore Implementation Specialists to assist with client coordination, email responsiveness, and daily follow-up on active onboarding tickets.

This role is essential to enhancing our
client experience and operational efficiency
as we continue to scale. The ideal candidates are organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment aligned with U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Ticket Monitoring
  : Review all active tickets in your assigned team's queue to stay current on progress, pending follow-ups, and recent communication.
• Client Email Support
  : Respond to client emails promptly and professionally, especially for common inquiries or when the appropriate next step is clear.
• Follow-Up Management
  : Send reminders and check-ins on outstanding items to keep onboarding moving and avoid stalled communication.
• Task Execution
  : Complete lightweight tasks such as clarifying ownership of action items, requesting missing data, verifying configuration basics, and providing general status updates to clients or partners.
• Escalation to Implementation Specialists
  : Flag technical, urgent, or unclear issues to your assigned onshore specialist with context and relevant details.
• Internal Documentation
  : Maintain accurate notes, internal comments, and tagging within the ticketing system to ensure visibility and continuity.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience
  in customer service, support, operations, or administrative coordination.
• Excellent written English
  and professional email communication skills.
• Highly responsive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable using
  ticketing systems (e.g., HubSpot).
