About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful
Sales & Operations Support Associate
to provide essential administrative and operational support to our PEO sales team, business consultants, and their clients. This role is critical to maintaining momentum across business development activities, client communications, and internal coordination. By managing key administrative tasks, you will enable sales representatives and consultants to focus on client acquisition, relationship building, and revenue-generating activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process proposals, service agreements, and onboarding documents for PEO clients.
  • Track and manage business development opportunities and client prospects.
  • Assist in gathering required client information for risk assessments and underwriting.
  • Coordinate with Implementation teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Draft and send emails and documents to clients and prospects as requested.
  • Ensure all contracts meet compliance standards and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate client data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ClientSpace).
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on high-priority client requests and internal action items.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operations, business coordination, or administrative support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong compliance awareness.
  • Customer-focused with proactive problem-solving capabilities.
  • High degree of discretion and professionalism.
