¿Qué esperamos de ti?

  • Diseñar, desarrollar y entrenar modelos de IA aplicando técnicas de ML y DL para resolver problemas específicos como clasificación, predicción y análisis de datos.
  • Integrar modelos de IA a nivel de aplicaciones, través de APIs u otros medios para que puedan ser utilizados en productos Culqi, móviles ú organizacionales (CRM).
  • Participar en iniciativas experimentales (POCs) para adopción de nuevos features sobre el Lakehouse
  • Alinear esfuerzo técnico requerido con los chapters del equipo: Data Architecture, Data Engineering, Data Visualization y Analytics.
  • Compartir/adoptar prácticas generales de IA con el Programa de Credicorp.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Bachiller o titulado en Ingeniería de Sistemas, de la Información, Informática, Electrónica o afines.
  • Experiencia de 4 a 6 años como ML Ops Engineer, AI Engineer
  • Experiencia de +5 años como AI Engineer con enfoque en IA Generativa y modelos de lenguaje (LLMs).
  • Dominio de aceleradores de AI en arquitectura AWS Cloud como SageMaker / Bedrock o Similares y Data Mesh/Products.
