Company: University Sports Program (USP)

Position Overview:

USP is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead business development efforts in their local market within Latin America. This role is responsible for representing the brand in the region, generating leads, closing sales, and establishing strategic partnerships with key institutions. The position is focused 100% on commercial development and market expansion, with no direct service delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent USP as the exclusive brand ambassador in your region.
  • Generate qualified leads and close sales within the local market.
  • Develop and manage partnerships with schools, academies, federations, associations, and other related organizations.
  • Plan and execute promotional and commercial activities to strengthen the brand's presence.
  • Coordinate and oversee local teams, including scouts and promoters.

Preferred Profile:

  • High degree of autonomy, leadership, and proven sales skills.
  • Previous experience in the education or sports sector (ideally both).
  • Strong ability to build and maintain long-term strategic relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a growth mindset.
  • Availability to travel within the region as needed.
