As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead the full commercial cycle — from lead generation to deal closure — while executing our sales strategy through a strong partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for expanding Wingtra's presence in key markets, building strong relationships with end customers, and identifying new growth opportunities. This high-impact role demands persistence, adaptability, and proactive client engagement. Based in Santiago de Chile, you will operate at the forefront of the fast-growing drone industry, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of geospatial applications.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the entire sales process through the partner ecosystem — from pipeline generation to achieving and exceeding annual revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute effective local sales strategies to drive market penetration and business growth in the region.
  • Build, manage, and expand relationships with resellers and distribution partners, ensuring alignment with Wingtra's go-to-market strategy.
  • Support direct sales efforts in collaboration with our dealers, acting as a trusted advisor and solution-oriented partner.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities (inbound and outbound) by understanding customer needs and pain points.
  • Promote Wingtra's brand and product value proposition across target markets, becoming a visible and credible market ambassador.
  • Gather and share customer use cases and market feedback to contribute to Wingtra's ongoing strategic development.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and activity tracking in our CRM system (HubSpot).

Requirements

  • Proven experience (7+ years) in B2B sales or equivalent business development experience, with a solid B2B background and a strong track record developing and scaling partner ecosystems across LATAM to drive market penetration and regional growth.
  • The ability to demonstrate a strong aptitude for both selling to target customers and building lasting, trust-based relationships with distribution partners.
  • Comfortable driving large enterprise opportunities with long sales cycles while also dynamically closing smaller, fast-paced inbound opportunities.
  • Experience providing solutions based on customer needs, including a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach that integrates hardware, software, and workflow opportunities to deliver complete, value-driven solutions.
  • Persuasive, independent, and at ease negotiating and developing trust.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English & Spanish.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 60%).

Plus

  • Extensive mining experience in the region (strongly desired), with solid expertise in surveying and mapping; experience in government, engineering, and construction sectors is a plus.
  • Previous experience working with image post-processing software such as Pix4D, Agisoft, TBC, Leica, Topcon, Trimble, ESRI, etc.
