Legal Specialist

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Abogado titulado(a) con mínimo 2 años de experiencia

Principales funciones:
- Elaborar, revisar y dar seguimiento a contratos comerciales, acuerdos de confidencialidad (NDA), adendas y otros documentos legales.
- Absolver consultas legales de las áreas internas en distintas materiales
- Elaboración de escritos para procedimientos administrativos sancionadores
- Apoyar en la elaboración, actualización y difusión de políticas internas, términos y condiciones y documentos legales de uso frecuente.
- Apoyar en la revisión de prácticas comerciales, promociones, beneficios y políticas de servicio, identificando riesgos legales y proponiendo ajustes bajo supervisión
- Mantener organizados y actualizados los archivos, contratos y repositorios legales, asegurando trazabilidad y control documental.
- Apoyar en el seguimiento de facturación legal y control administrativo del área.
