Funciones:

  • Coordinador de campañas y promociones con los Marketplaces y la web de Aztra (Falabella, Ripley, Mercado Libre, Rappi, Yape).

  • Analizar métricas de ventas y precios para tomar decisiones estratégicas sobre el portafolio de productos y optimizar el desempeño de la marca.

  • Investigar y proponer nuevos productos de belleza y cuidado de la piel basados en tendencias globales y necesidades del mercado local.

  • Generar bases de clientes para ventas , trabajando con el equipo para incrementar la recurrencia y lealtad de los clientes.

  • Supervisar la reposición de stock y coordinar la logística con los centros de cumplimiento para asegurar una disponibilidad continua de productos

  • Subir productos, actualizar precios y banners en la plataforma web y Marketplaces, manteniendo la estética y el branding de Aztra.

  • Planificar nuevas iniciativas comerciales , como After Deals, y asumir la gestión de redes sociales de Aztra.

Requisitos:

  • Profesional técnico o universitario en Administración, Marketing, Negocios Internacionales, Ingeniería Comercial o carreras afines.

  • Mínimo 3 años en gestión de cuentas clave en empresas digitales o e-commerce.

  • Experiencia en coordinación de campañas en Marketplaces y plataformas digitales.

  • Ambición comercial y obsesión por cumplir metas

  • Capacidad de análisis y toma de decisiones rápidas

Lunes a Viernes: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm

Sábados: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Sueldo: S/.1,500.00 al mes
