Join our team as an Art Director & and take the helm of our visual design efforts, crafting compelling and effective visual experiences that captivate our audience. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet our brand's creative vision and business objectives.

Responsabilities:

  • Define, develop, and clearly communicate the artistic vision and visual quality standards for our mobile games, with a strong focus on the casino genre.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to create concept art, sketches, Ul elements, and visual proposals that reflect the artistic direction of the project.
  • Lead, guide, and support the internal art team, fostering an artistic culture that nurtures talent, promotes interdisciplinary collaboration, and maximizes team performance.
  • Work alongside the production team to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Identify inconsistencies or opportunities for improvement in creative processes and art pipelines.
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure visual quality and provide constructive feedback.
  • Take a hands-on role in developing and refining in-game art assets.
  • Lead interdepartmental communication related to art and provide visual support for marketing and promotional needs pre- and post-launch.
  • Actively participate in recruiting, mentoring, and developing the art team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in artistic roles in videogames, with at least 2 years leading teams as an Art Director or Senior Artist.
  • Participation in at least 2 full development cycles of mobile video games (preferably in the casino or social casino genre).
  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, or a related discipline.
  • Strong experience in art for mobile games.
  • Strong creative vision aligned with product goals.
  • Advanced proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and other digital art software.
  • Advanced English (C1) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with task tracking systems, collaborative documentation, and tools used in agile teams.
