The
Accounts Receivable Analyst
is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the organization's accounts receivable processes to ensure timely collections, accurate reconciliations, and exceptional customer service.

This role demands strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and effective collaboration with both internal teams and external clients. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable activities and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
  • Reconcile customer accounts regularly, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare and review aging reports, portfolio analyses, and other AR performance metrics.
  • Communicate with clients professionally regarding overdue balances, invoice details, and account status.
  • Ensure AR operations comply with internal policies, financial controls, and audit requirements.
  • Record and apply incoming payments accurately, ensuring proper matching and documentation.
  • Collaborate with billing, sales, and customer service teams to resolve invoicing or payment issues.
  • Monitor customer credit limits and support credit risk assessment activities.
  • Contribute to month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing accurate AR reports and reconciliations.
  • Maintain organized and detailed records of all AR transactions and customer interactions.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements related to collections and cash application.
  • Provide management with timely reports, insights, and analyses regarding collection trends and account statuses.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, statements, and account balances promptly and professionally.

Skills Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in Accounting, Billing, Accounts Receivable, and/or Finance, and is a proactive, organized professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid format.
  • Advanced student or graduate in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Finance is a strong plus.

This position is located in Av República de Colombia 713, San Isidro, Perú.
