Funciones:

  • Monitorear, controlar y mejorar los indicadores de calidad, productividad y resolución en el primer contacto.
  • Presentar informes de resultados al Ejecutivo de Cuentas, Director de Operaciones y Cliente.
  • Analizar bases de datos extraídas de la aplicación del cliente, diseñar estrategias para generar valor al menor costo posible para lograr los objetivos.
  • Analizar la evolución de los indicadores de productividad, calidad, eficiencia para cada programa, junto con el coordinador de la campaña específica, a través de cortes periódicos y en tiempo real, generando alertas respectivas que permitan la toma de decisiones operativas.
  • Garantizar la calidad y puntualidad de la información presentada en los diferentes informes.
  • Analizar y alertar sobre diversos factores que impactan en el logro de los objetivos de comunicación y efectividad establecidos por el cliente.
  • Reportar directamente a Business Inteligence Manager
  • Otras funciones inherentes al área

Requisitos:

  • Bachiller, egresado o estudiante de últimos ciclos en Administración, Ingeniería o campos relacionados.
  • Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia en análisis de datos
  • Excel Avanzado (Indispensable)
  • SQL Intermedio/ avanzado (Indispensable)
  • Power BI intermedio
  • Ingles B2 (Indispensable)
  • Python intermedio (deseable)
