Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled
Technical Recruiter
to join our team. This role is critical in driving talent acquisition efforts across the North American oil & gas sector. The Technical Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the successful placement of candidates in both technical and non-technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit for diverse positions within the oil & gas industry, including:

Technical roles: Engineers, technicians, field specialists.

  • Field & labor roles: Mechanics, operators, laborers.
  • White-collar direct hires: Sales, accounting, administrative, back-office.
  • Manage the complete recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting candidates, and coordinating hiring workflows.
  • Utilize job boards, Boolean searches, and networking to identify top talent (Indeed experience strongly preferred).
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows using Bullhorn ATS.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates across North America.
  • Ensure clear, professional communication in both English and Spanish.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive hiring landscapes.

Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: C1 level English (mandatory).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience within the North American oil & gas sector.
  • Proven track record recruiting both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, and Bullhorn ATS (required).
  • Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting (preferred).
  • Agency or high-volume recruitment background (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of the North American oil & gas labor market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple requisitions.
