**Remote IT Recruiter - LATAM**

**About the Role**

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **IT Recruiter** to join our remote team You'll be working closely with American clients, sourcing and engaging top tech talent across LATAM, US and Europe. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for tech recruiting and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing to offer).
- Work closely with hiring managers and the client team to understand job requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date records in ATS or tracking tools.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 year of experience in **recruitment**.
- 1+ year of experience in **IT recruitment**.
- Solid understanding of **technical roles and technologies** (e.g., developers, QA, DevOps).
- **English level: intermediate to advanced** - all clients are based in the U.S.
- Strong **communication and organizational skills**.
- Ability to **work independently** and meet deadlines.
- Agile and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.

Join Us

Pay: S/.2,200.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month
