Job Description:

Are you an experienced Project Manager, fluent in English, and looking to join a company that offers professional growth? This is your opportunity

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (REQUIRED)
  • Advanced English (REQUIRED). Please only apply if you meet this requirement, as an evaluation will be conducted.
  • Relevant training in the field, which may include courses, certifications, or education related to project management, materials, or related areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high-quality bidding, contracts, and budgeting.
  • Manage indirect costs effectively.
  • Support divisional and departmental goals and objectives.
  • Oversee material management and operations.
  • Ensure effective on-site time management.
  • Assist in subcontractor and vendor acquisition.
  • Manage subcontractor schedules, work quality, coordination with other trades, and payments.
  • Coordinate cost and progress targets with production.
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules.
  • Provide timely schedule updates to the leadership team.
  • Monitor profitability and cost per project.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficient in Acrobat Reader, Excel, OneDrive, Word, etc.

Job Details:

  • Employment Type: Full-time, Contract
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Work Location: Surco (CC. El Trigal)
