Requisitos:
- Experiencia en roles de KAM con gestión de cuentas B2B.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia manejando una cartera de clientes B2B.
- Experiencia valorada en consultoras tecnologías con servicios SAS.
- Experiencia centrada en farming, con gestión de clientes claves y de alta facturación.
- Experiencia en gestión consultiva de proyectos de implementación
- Conocimiento sobre los conceptos clave de servicios en nube y soluciones de GEN AI - Deseable
- Conocimiento en uso de CRM Salesforce - Deseable
- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes estratégicos de Google Workspace, siendo su principal punto de contacto para alinear la plataforma con sus objetivos.
- Analizar cuentas para identificar oportunidades de venta cruzada o adicional y adaptar soluciones a las necesidades del cliente.
- Gestionar y negociar renovaciones de contratos para garantizar la continuidad de las relaciones comerciales.
- Supervisar la implementación y adopción de Google Workspace, maximizando el uso de sus herramientas.
- Coordinar con soporte para resolver problemas y mantener la satisfacción del cliente.
- Monitorear la satisfacción, adopción y rendimiento de cuentas, generando informes de KPIs como retención, crecimiento y uso de herramientas.
- Resolver problemas rápidamente y gestionar expectativas para asegurar la satisfacción a largo plazo.
