We are seeking a
Senior Digital & Visual Designer
with strong experience in digital products, branding, and commercial campaigns. The ideal candidate will be able to integrate generative AI tools to accelerate creative processes and deliver high-impact visual content.

Education

  • Technical or university degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication.
  • Specializations in branding, digital design, UI/UX, motion graphics, and visual marketing.
  • Additional training in user experience optimization and digital platform design.

Experience

  • More than 3 years of experience in graphic design applied to digital products, marketing, and visual communication.
  • Experience working in tech companies, startups, or digital platforms, preferably in mobility, transportation, or e-commerce.
  • Updated portfolio including commercial campaigns, UI interfaces, and digital branding projects.
  • Preferred: Experience with top agencies in Peru or leading brands, demonstrating strong visual judgment and art direction capabilities.

Technical Skills (Senior Level)

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects.
  • Strong command of Figma: design systems, prototyping, responsive interfaces.
  • Digital design for commercial campaigns, social media, banners, landing pages, and apps.
  • Advanced photo retouching and visual manipulation.
  • Animation and motion graphics for digital and interactive campaigns.
  • Experience designing corporate print materials (brochures, POP, institutional materials).
  • Art direction for integrated campaigns.

Artificial Intelligence Skills

  • Experience using generative AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, and Leonardo AI.
  • Ability to create professional prompts for high-quality visual results.
  • Integration of AI with Adobe tools to accelerate creative workflows.
  • Ability to quickly produce visual proposals for commercial campaigns and digital products.

Soft Skills

  • Strong aesthetic and conceptual judgment with a focus on user experience.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and committed to meeting deadlines.
  • Creativity oriented toward innovative, conversion-driven solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Technology teams.
  • Clear communication, excellent writing and spelling.
  • Adaptability to dynamic digital environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design digital assets for social media, web, and mobile applications.
  • Create visual campaigns for marketing, promotions, and user acquisition.
  • Produce corporate materials such as brochures, presentations, and internal documents.
  • Develop animations, motion graphics, and video edits for digital campaigns.
  • Build visual interfaces and mockups using Figma.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels.
  • Enhance creative processes by applying generative AI tools.
