Training Analyst - Field Force
para que se una al equipo:

Funciones

  • Seguimiento del plan de entrenamiento mensual. Tracking y reporte semanal del plan general considerando alcances en Sessions & Shop visit.
  • Informes y análisis: Presenta resultados de acuerdo con el plan diario, semanal y mensual, también brinda recomendaciones a sus líderes.
  • Responsable de la plataforma virtual de entrenamiento Samsung+. Seguimiento semanal y mensual de los cursos habilitados, así como la interacción de nuestra field force con la plataforma.
  • Colaboración con stakeholders: Trabaja con Master Trainer y Training Team para entender necesidades y objetivos.
  • Gestión de presupuestos: Administra recursos financieros para programas de capacitación.

Requisitos

  • Egresada o bachiller de las carreras de Administración, Psicología Organizacional o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia en Training de Fuerza de Ventas.
  • Dominio de excel en nivel intermedio - avanzado.
  • Dominio de inglés en nivel intermedio - avanzado.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera 100% presencial en San Isidro.
