Job Opportunity: Lead Generation & Data Analyst Associate
We are seeking a
Lead Generation & Data Analyst Associate
to join our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a goal-driven environment and is eager to contribute to the success of our sales and operations teams.
The ideal candidate will leverage data insights to improve targeting and outreach strategies, manage CRM systems effectively, and collaborate closely with colleagues to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.
Responsibilities
- Research prospects and collect data using web browsers, company websites, and Nextep data resources.
- Scrub and qualify leads to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Manage and update data within Nextep's CRM and data management tools.
- Engage prospects to collect and validate information.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve workflows.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to enhance lead generation and conversion.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor's degree (5-year program completed). - Experience:
Minimum of 1 year in B2B markets or related training preferred. - Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong data analysis skills to leverage insights for targeting and outreach.
- Experience using web browsers for research.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, reliable, and adaptable.
- Problem-solving abilities and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented, coachable, and persistent with a positive attitude.
