The Marketing Consultant will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, fostering strong relationships and driving the growth of their customer base through performance optimization. This role combines strategic consulting, data-driven insights, and marketing expertise to help customers achieve measurable business outcomes. The consultant will design and build marketing plans from scratch, leveraging individual consumer profiles and campaign performance data to generate actionable recommendations that enhance engagement, satisfaction, and ROI.

What will your job look like?
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
  • Act as a strategic consultant, understanding customer goals and challenges.
  • Drive growth of the customer's base through performance optimization and targeted initiatives.
  • Analyze individual consumer profiles and campaign performance metrics.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and marketing strategies.
  • Recommend optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Create marketing plans from the ground up, tailored to customer objectives and market dynamics.
  • Develop both short-term and long-term strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Execute campaigns using the company's marketing solutions and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Introduce creative approaches to segmentation, pricing, and communication.
  • Experiment with new methodologies and technologies to enhance marketing impact.
  • Drive innovation in customer engagement and marketing execution.
  • Work closely with internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Facilitate strategic discussions and identify ad-hoc opportunities for growth.
All you need is...
  • Experience: At least 5 years in roles such as Business Analyst, Marketing Manager, Segment Manager, or Marketing/Business Consultant in Telecom.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data-driven marketing, business intelligence (BI), and business analysis.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, Operations Research, or Statistics).
  • Advantage: MBA.
  • Industry Knowledge: Broad understanding of Telecom marketing elements (product pricing, segmentation, promotion).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong customer relations and presentation skills at C-level.
    • Ability to influence and consult effectively.
  • Independence: Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
