Your mission

For our branch in Peru and our subsidiary in Chile, we are looking for an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to support our employees in both countries and manage HR processes locally.

  • Supporting and advising colleagues on all personnel-related issues
  • Ensuring compliance with Peruvian and/or Chilean labor law
  • Responsibility for the entire employee life cycle: Recruiting, onboarding, development measures, offboarding
  • Managing and optimizing HR processes for the branches in Peru and Chile
  • Working closely with HMF Germany
  • Providing support in the area of payroll (working with external service providers)
  • Creating and maintaining employment contracts, guidelines, and HR documentation
  • Developing and implementing measures for employee retention and organizational development
Your profile
  • Degree in business administration, human resources management, psychology, or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience as an HR business partner or HR officer in Peru or Chile
  • Very good knowledge of local labor law (Peruvian or Chilean; ideally both)
  • Experience in international or multilingual companies is an advantage
  • High level of social competence, consulting skills, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
  • Very good knowledge of Spanish; good knowledge of English, German is an advantage
