SAP C4C Technical Lead

¿QUÉ ESPERAMOS DE TI?


Experiencia sólida en SAP C4C (Sales, Service y/o Marketing Cloud)
a nivel técnico.


Diseño y liderazgo de integraciones
entre SAP C4C y otros sistemas (SAP S/4HANA, ECC, CPI, APIs, Web Services).


Dominio de configuraciones técnicas, SDK, ABSL y OData/REST/SOAP
en entorno C4C.


Exp. liderando técnicamente equipos
(mentoría, revisión técnica, toma de decisiones).


Capacidad de definir arquitectura técnica y mejores prácticas
para soluciones SAP CX.


Interacción directa con stakeholders funcionales y negocio
, traduciendo requerimientos en soluciones técnicas.

Experiencia trabajando en
proyectos de implementación y soporte SAP
(end to end).

Conocimiento de
metodologías ágiles (Scrum / Agile)
en proyectos SAP.

Capacidad de
gestión técnica de incidencias complejas y optimización de performance
.
