We are seeking a Technical Procurement Lead to join a project driven engineering company focused on long term Industrial, Mining, Construction, expansion projects with regional scope. This is a remote, senior level role ideal for professionals with strong experience in industrial electrical equipment, technical procurement, and supplier coordination. The candidate can be based in any country within LATAM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review project requirements, technical specifications, drawings, and scopes.
  • Coordinate directly with clients, manufacturers, and strategic suppliers.
  • Manage quotations, technical datasheets, product options, lead times, and clarifications.
  • Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals, BOMs, and cost estimates.
  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, and all technical documentation required during procurement.
  • Ensure timely delivery of supplier commitments and project documentation.
  • Support project planning, field requirements, and technical compliance.


Requisitos

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 7 years of experience in industrial, commercial, or utility electrical projects.
  • Proven background working with electrical equipment.
  • Experience preparing technical & commercial proposals.
  • Ability to interpret electrical drawings, one-lines, and technical specifications.
  • Strong supplier coordination experience (manufacturers, distributors, integrators).
  • English proficiency C1 (it is very important for this position).
  • Strong remote communication, organization, and self-management skills.

Professional Competencies

  • Highly responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fully remote environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in EPC companies, system integrators, or equipment manufacturers.
  • Ability to lead technical meetings and presentations.
  • Valid US visa (a plus)
