Requisitos clave:

  • Certificación vigente como Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA).

  • Experiencia comprobada en implementación y desarrollo con Pega Platform.

  • Idealmente, conocimientos en Customer Service Framework.

  • Experiencia o conocimiento en Pega Call será altamente valorado.

Para el rol de Lead:

  • Al menos 2 años liderando equipos o en roles de liderazgo como SSA.

  • Experiencia en soluciones para Contact Center, preferentemente en el sector bancario.

  • Capacidad para gestionar equipos de alrededor de 5 personas y coordinar con múltiples stakeholders.

  • Pensamiento analítico, estratégico y orientado a resultados.
