En Rules Cube, partner oficial de Pegasystems, buscamos un Pega System Architect para diseñar y liderar soluciones robustas, escalables y de alto impacto en entornos empresariales.

Lo que harás:

  • Diseñar arquitecturas y aplicaciones en Pega PRPC.
  • Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para resolver requerimientos de negocio complejos.
  • Garantizar la calidad, escalabilidad y desempeño de las soluciones entregadas.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de mejores prácticas y estándares técnicos.

Lo que buscamos:

  • +3 años de experiencia desarrollando soluciones con Pega.

  • Conocimiento en workflows, reglas, UI, data pages, activities y metodologías Agile/Scrum.

  • Experiencia en sectores financieros y/o seguros (deseable).

  • Certificación PCSA (obligatoria), PCSSA/PCDC (deseables).

  • Formación en Ingeniería de Sistemas o afín.

Ubicación: Lima, Perú – Residencia Indispensable
