Salary: $1,100 - $1,300 USD (monthly)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Oversee billing processes and prepare supporting documentationConduct weekly payroll reviews
  • Assist with sales tax filings and ensure compliance
  • Handle credit card reconciliations and general cash management
  • Help with ad hoc projects and financial tasks as needed

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle a high-volume caseload
  • Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented and efficient, able to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing accuracy
  • Proactive and resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills
  • Empathetic and patient when working with clients in sensitive situations
  • Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus, but not required
  • Advanced Excel skills required (vlookups, pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

  • An associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese)
  • High-speed wired internet connection (200 mbps min.)
  • Windows 10/11 or Mac (4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar)

Setting: Remote

Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9 am to 6 pm EST (1hr lunch)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: S/.3, S/.4,400.00 per month
