Job Overview:

We are seeking detail-oriented professionals to support a critical global HR compliance initiative. This role involves the systematic location, organization, and review of historical employee files to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance. The specialist will work independently in environments where records may be archived across both physical and digital systems, requiring strong investigative and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve employee records from various sources, including physical archives, storage rooms, and digital document management systems.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of files for completeness and accuracy against established project guidelines and checklists.
  • Maintain precise logs and documentation to track progress, report status, and note discrepancies for project leads.
  • Collaborate with local HR teams and procurement partners to coordinate access, clarify requirements, and resolve data issues.
  • Proactively identify missing or misfiled documents, employing problem-solving skills to locate information and escalating persistent challenges as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administration, records management, data entry, or a similar role requiring meticulous attention to detail.
