Summary
We are looking for a confident and motivated Female Appointment Setter to join our team.
This remote position is open to candidates based in Latin America who can comfortably work US and Canada business hours.
About the Role
You will reach out to warm and cold leads, schedule consultations, and provide a professional and personalized client experience. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to turn inquiries into confirmed appointments.
Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with leads through phone or messaging DAILY.
- Schedule and confirm appointments based on availability.
- Qualify leads using predefined criteria and provide feedback to the team.
- Keep CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred) updated with notes and activity logs.
- Submit daily and weekly performance reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an appointment setter, cold caller, or customer service representative (preferably in beauty, wellness, or aesthetics).
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Confident and professional when speaking with clients.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Familiar with CRMs, scheduling tools, and online communication platforms.
- Stable internet connection, reliable computer, and quiet home workspace.
