Perfil del consultor SAP – HCM y Successfactors
Requisitos
Profesional con amplia experiencia de más de 05 años en consultoría SAP ERP y SAP S/4 Hana con especialidad en el módulo SAP HCM y SuccessFactors, deseable con certificación.
De preferencia haber realizado consultoría para empresas industriales, minería y oil & gas
Fuerte conocimiento de los procesos de Gestión de Nómina, Gestión de Tiempos (evaluación de tiempos negativa y positiva, control de asistencia, gestión de ausencias), Gestión del Talento y seguridad industrial.
Inglés intermedio-avanzado.
Experiencia en el asesoramiento a la gerencia de RRHH y trato a todo nivel,
Funciones
Soporte funcional a las áreas de nómina, RRHH, talento y otras relacionadas.
Asumir liderazgo y Gestión de proyectos de implementación y/o mejora de los módulos SAP HCM y Successfactors incluyendo la integración con otros módulos de SAP y otras soluciones.
Asegurar que las soluciones entregadas cumplan con las definiciones de alcance del negocio y con estándares de calidad en su implementación.
Preparación de documentación de relevamiento de procesos y requerimientos de usuario.
Proponer proyectos innovadores de mejora a los procesos usando la tecnología.
Elaborar y sustentar proyectos de implementación y evaluación de soluciones de RRHH en SAP.
