Software Consultant

**Company Description**:
The Lead Consultant reports to the Regional Manager and Project Manager about the progress of the assigned project as well as the risks that may arise in the project plans, also keeps the customer informed about the progress, making reports or presentations to support it.

**Responsibilities**:

- Earn the confidence of customers, partners, and colleagues as trusted advisor in Digital Performance Management.
- Deploy, administer, configure, maintain, and mature Dynatrace technology as it is related to customer needs.
- Mentor and training customers and partners on Dynatrace technology and best practices.
- Represent Dynatrace as a product expert on its technology and service offerings.
- Assist sales team in identifying new opportunities for product and/or services at customers.
- Build Dynatrace brand loyalty.
- Defend Dynatrace solution against competitive threats.
- Provide report and quality assurance for services delivery including regular, accurate task status information, including progress and associated risks or issues.
- Build and enhance dashboards, reports and alerts to meet customer requirements.
- Implement SRE/DevOps best practices about monitoring.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Systems Engineering.
- Ideally 5+ years’ experience in IT consulting or similar_._
- Deep knowledge of site reliability engineering as well as the interpretation of the main metrics associated with this discipline (response time, throughput, failure rate).
- Cloud and Infrastructure Technologies such as GCP, AWS, Azure, OpenStack, Cloud Foundry, etc.
- Knowledge in containers platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift).
- Understanding of the latest web technologies (e.g. CSS, DOM, HTML, HTTP, XML, Java Script, Flash, AJAX, SOAP, REST, gRPC, etc.).
- Knowledge of SRE/DevOps best practices.
- Experience in some programming language or framework such as Java,.Net, Node.js, Python, J2EE or ASP.Net.
- Knowledge of Web Application Architecture and Mobile Programming. (Android, iOS, Cordova, React, React Native, Angular, Angular 2).
- Basic knowledge on virtualization environments (VMWare, HyperV).
- Solid understanting on_ _Networking_._
- Experience in database technologies (Mysql, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MSSQL, DB2, MongoDB, Redis).
- Willingness to travel_._
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral.

Desirable (not required):

- Dynatrace Certification (Level Professional).
- Certified in any of the main cloud providers._ (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)._
- Experience with APM Tools.
- Basic knowledge on continuous delivery/integration tools (Jenkins, Chef, Jira, ServiceNow, OPSGenie).
- Experience in version control technologies (GitHub, Bitbucket, TortoiseSVN, GitLab, Subversion).
- Basic knowledge on Testing tools (Neoload, JMeter).
- Knowledge in mainframe technologies (IBM Z, COBOL, JCL, CICS, IMS).
- Strong passion and desire to learn new technologies.
- Solid presentation skills and experience with creating professional reports.
