Buscamos incorporar un/a
Sales Executive Senior
con fuerte base técnica y enfoque de
venta consultiva
, capaz de desenvolverse en
entornos financieros complejos
, con ciclos de venta largos y múltiples decisores.

Responsabilidades

  • Identificar, cualificar y desarrollar oportunidades comerciales en el sector financiero.
  • Interpretar las necesidades del cliente y determinar correctamente si existe una oportunidad real de negocio.
  • Transformar soluciones técnicas en propuestas de valor claras y accionables.
  • Gestionar el ciclo completo de venta en entornos B2B complejos (servicios/software para el sector financiero).
  • Relacionarse con distintos interlocutores y decisores a lo largo del proceso.

Requisitos:

  • Estudios universitarios terminados.
  • Capacidad de interlocución con stakeholders clave del sector financiero: C-Level de Riesgos, TI y CFOs.
  • Conocimiento en modelamiento estadístico orientado a riesgo de crédito (crédito y/o cobranzas)
  • Dominio de conceptos de riesgo financiero: provisiones, exposición, etc.
  • Familiaridad con KPI's clave como VaR, Expected Loss (EL), etc.
  • Conocimiento del ecosistema de software financiero: cores bancarios, motores de decisión, integraciones, etc.
  • Capacidad para hablar lenguaje SaaS: infraestructura, servicios, seguridad, etc.
