Tu rol y responsabilidades

En este rol, tendrás la oportunidad de ejecutar trabajos de servicio de complejidad media a alta conforme a las instrucciones de trabajo y las directrices de ABB. Cada día brindarás un excelente servicio al cliente para satisfacer a los clientes. También demostrarás tu experiencia trabajando con el cliente para identificar oportunidades en la base instalada, con el fin de mejorar el desempeño del sistema y el rendimiento operativo.

El modelo de trabajo para el rol es: Híbrido en Lima, Perú

Serás Principalmente Responsable De

  • Realizar tareas mecánicas GMD de complejidad media a alta, como instalación, reparaciones, mantenimiento, actualizaciones y modernizaciones.
  • Identificar problemas técnicos y realizar análisis mediante actividades en sitio en diferentes categorías de servicio.
  • Coordinar, preparar y asegurar que todos los materiales, repuestos, herramientas y equipos estén disponibles y con la calidad adecuada para las actividades de Servicio.
  • Garantizar la retención del cliente brindando una experiencia superior y comunicando de manera efectiva los tiempos y expectativas del trabajo de servicio.
  • Tomar acciones para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio de servicio para ABB, en estrecha cooperación con el cliente y otros equipos de ABB.
  • Capacitar a técnicos e ingenieros y supervisar actividades complejas en sitio.

Calificaciones para el rol

  • Cuentas con formación como técnico profesional o ingeniero en áreas mecánicas o afines.
  • Estás altamente capacitado para trabajar con instalación y montaje de maquinaria mecánica en el sector minero industrial.
  • Tienes 5 años de experiencia en roles afines.
  • Te apasiona el liderazgo de equipos y la gestión de contratistas.
  • Te comunicas con soltura en inglés intermedio–avanzado.
  • Posees disponibilidad para viajar.
